What kind of music professionals will I be working with?

We'll match you with the best professionals for your specific sound and project needs. While you don't pick from a list, our matching process is designed to pair you with someone who genuinely fits your style and the needs of your project. If for any reason the match doesn't feel right, just let us know and we'll find the right fit for you.

What if 2 or 3 hours are not enough to finish my project?

If the hours included in your subscription are not enough to complete your track both in the production or mixing and mastering phase, because the project is more complex than what was originally planned, there is always the option to extend your session by 1 hour at $7.99 or 2 hours at $14.99.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time by going to the billing section of your profile.

Live Sessions

How do live sessions actually work?

You'll join a live session directly on the Break Moods platform where your assigned professional will be waiting for you. They'll share their screen throughout so you can follow every step of the process, ask questions in real time, request revisions, and stay involved from start to finish, making sure the track sounds exactly the way you envisioned it.

What do I need to prepare before my session?

You generally don't need to prepare anything specifically. The professional you'll be working with will already have all the information about your project like references and descriptions you provided and will be waiting for you to join the session with their DAW already open and ready to go.
